Thanks to ALL OF YOU for the letter writing effort to City Hall! The city granted the public another 45 days to review the G&L/HM Campus Expansion plan’s new Environment Impact Report immediately following our press conference outside City Hall today!! A hearing will still be held on 9/9, but the review public comment period will remain open until 9/29! You can see The Signal’s coverage in a terrific article posted here: http://www.the-signal.com/news/article/3347/ This is a major victory in that it allows all of us to understand some truly profound changes to the plan and then submit comments to which the city must respond. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT THE COUNTLESS EMAIL THE PUBLIC SENT TO CITY HALL - OUR NUMBERS ARE THE KEY!
